Bugfixes and quality of live changes
- fixed a bug where you could not create a new organisation
- fixed a bug where you could not create a new tournament or add stages to an existing one
- fixed a bug where support ticket links posted by our Discord bot were faulty
- changed the behavior of the automatic support ticket closing system so it only closes automatically if the last message was an admin message
- added a mark to admins in support tickets so you can distinguish admins from users

- reworked swiss match making to avoid rematches at any cost whenever possible
