Going into OQ2, the weekend qualifier things open up. Same format as OQ1, more games, more competitive, more spots to make The Crucible.

Games start at 6:00pm EST on August 14th & August 15th, teams will fight their way through 9 Swiss Rounds, all best-of-ones.

Day One, August 14th, teams’ will play through FOUR Swiss rounds
Day Two, August 15th, will finalize the Swiss rounds, playing through 5 rounds.

The top 24 teams from Swiss in OQ2 will make it through to day three, bracket play.

Similar to OQ1, doing well in Swiss is rewarded. The top 8 teams from Swiss play will receive a Bye. Avoiding the grueling Round One best-of-ones, then it’s straight best-of-threes from there until we narrow down to the top four teams competing in the weekend qualifier.

PRIZING

For Open Qualifier Two, if you are among the teams who make it into the quarter finals of bracket play but fall just short. You will also receive 6,000 R6 Credits for competing. (1,200 per main roster player).
