Description

XGS Season 10 is our largest competitive season to date, which features $12,000 in total prize pool across 3 events. Teams compete through two open entry Splits, earning prize money and placement points for the opportunity to qualify for the Finals alongside invited professional teams.

Format

Split Format

-64 teams per Split
-5-round ESL Swiss Stage
-3 wins to advance, 3 losses to be eliminated
-Top 32 advance to a single-elimination playoff
-Winner qualifies directly for the Finals
-Eligible teams that keep a core roster (3/5ths) earn placement points

Finals Qualification

-Split 1 Winner
-Split 2 Winner
-Top 2 teams by placement points
-2 teams from the Closed Qualifier
-2 invited teams

Finals

-8-team single round-robin (Bo1)
-Top 6 advance to playoffs
-Top 2 receive a first-round bye
-Playoffs are Bo3
-Grand Final is Bo5

Schedule

Round 1 of Split 1 and 2 are a locked playday at 8pm ET.
Rounds 2-5 and Playoffs Round of 32-Quarterfinals may be rescheduled.
Semifinals and Finals are a locked playday
