- Minimum of 16 teams
- Single Elimination bracket
- All matches are Best of 1 (Bo1)
- The Semi Finals will be played as Best of 3 (Bo3)
- The Grand Finals will be played as Best of 3 (Bo3)
- $35 Entry Fee (CashApp & PayPal)

A mandatory captains meeting will be held in the Kodex Discord Server before the start of the event.

Prize Pool

Prize Pool Details:

• $300 – 1st Place
• $100 – 2nd Place
• 1st-3rd Place Free Entry Next Season
• $400 minimum prize pool guaranteed

If we exceed 16 teams, the prize pool will increase accordingly. There is no cap — it scales directly with team participation and entry fees.

- Anyone not on a T1 roster can sign up.
- All Players Must be from the NA Region and must maintain 130 ping or less.
- All Matches will be played on Central Servers.
- All players are required to be in the Kodex Discord Server .
- No Spectators are permitted unless a game is being streamed.
- To finalize team registration and process payment you must make a ticket in the Kodex Discord Server.
