Format

Phase 1:
All 36 signup teams divided into 9 groups of 4. Groups will play a double elimination bracket. Top 2 advance to Phase 2.

Phase 2:
2 invited teams + 18 Phase 1 teams are divided into 4 groups of 5. Groups will play in a 5 round - round robin.
1st-3rd - Advances to Phase 3
4th & 5th - Eliminated

Phase 3:
2 invited teams + 12 Phase 2 teams play in a single elimination bracket to crown the winner.
