PARTICIPATION IN CHALLENGERS ARE GOVERNED BY A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE
AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS IN SECTION 14 HEREIN AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS
OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE PROVISIONS IN SECTION 12 HEREIN. THESE CLAUSES AFFECT
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY
BEFORE ACCEPTING THESE TOURNAMENT RULES. If a provision of these Tournament Rules
is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the
validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these Tournament
Rules or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of any other provision of these
Tournament Rules.
PLAYERS
2.1. Eligibility. To be able to compete as a “Player” in Challengers, Participant must:

(a) be in good standing with respect to any Activision player accounts (including any
Activision, GameBattles, Battle.net or individual Game account), Xbox Live and
PlayStation Network Accounts (collectively, “Player Accounts”), with no
undisclosed violations of Activision’s Software License and Service Agreement
and any other applicable end user license agreement (collectively, the “End User
License Agreement”);
(b) be over the age of eighteen (18) prior to participating in any Challengers Online
or Challengers LAN competition;
(c) for Challengers Online, reside and compete in the region associated with their
GameBattles account. All Challengers Online competitions will be separated by
region as follows (each, a “Region”):
(i) North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Jamaica;
(ii) Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bonaire, Sint
Eustatius and Saba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech
Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Faroe Islands (the), Fiji, France, text @@BIOHAZARDNFS

GUIDELINES

1. Be respectful
You must respect all users, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

2. No Inappropriate Language
The use of profanity should be kept to a minimum. However, any derogatory language towards any user is prohibited.

3. No spamming
Don't send a lot of small messages right after each other. Do not disrupt chat by spamming.

4. No pornographic/adult/other NSFW material
This is a community server and not meant to share this kind of material.

5. No advertisements
We do not tolerate any kind of advertisements.

6. No offensive names, status messages and profile pictures
You will be asked to change your name or picture if the staff deems them inappropriate.

7. No politics
This is a forum of games & motorsports, do not discuss politics here.

8. No discussion about piracy
Do not share pirated content or discuss piracy.
