This is the lower level of the IRO Skirmish league. It's a 3v3 format with teams having a maximum of 5 players. It's a group format with the top 4 advancing to the playoff where they are playing for glory.

The rank cap is GC1, teams with an average peak rank of GC2 are forbidden to enter. Such teams are welcome to join the higher level of the IRO Summer Skirmish (Masuta)
